- If a neighbour is not available, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place, such as a covered porch or a secure area near the entrance, and notify you of the location.
- If neither option is possible, our driver will return the flowers to our store in Tooting and contact you to arrange either a redelivery (at the next available time) or collection from our shop.
